Promotional Period

The promotion runs for 14 consecutive days from the first day, doorknocking and services commence in the selected suburb. The specific suburb and dates will be publicly posted on the FHS website prior to launch.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for entry into the prize draw:

1. Clients must engage FHS for gutter cleaning during the promotional period.
2. Clients must pay the full invoiced amount for services rendered within the 14-day timeframe.
3. Clients must reside in the selected promotion suburb.
4. Only one entry per household.

Pricing Structure

• Single-storey house: $180
• Double-storey house: $240
• Leaf guard removal and replacement: Additional $110 (discussed and agreed upon before service)

Prize Pool Contribution

For each completed and paid service, 20% of the total payment is added to the prize pool.
Prize pool is divided as follows:

• 1st Prize: 80% of the total pool (cash prize)
• 2nd Prize: 20% of the total pool (cash prize)
• 3rd Prize: One free gutter cleaning service (single or double storey, excluding leaf guard fee)

Prize Draw and Winner Notification

• All eligible clients are entered into a random digital draw, recorded and uploaded to the FHS website for transparency.
• Winners will be drawn on the final day of the promotional period.
• Winners will be notified via phone call, text and/or email.
• Cash prizes are deposited via bank transfer on the same day of the draw once winner identity and payment confirmation are validated.
